Felecia developed her hands-on-experience with a variety of culinary and hospitality management courses through both Practical Work Environments and Florida International University. Culinary Arts programs did not give her what the Chefs who have mentored her from New Orleans, Indianapolis, St Louis, Dayton, Miami,Baltimore, and Memphis were able to instill in her. With that experience under her belt, Felecia began an incredible career by traveling the U.S. and trained with chefs from some of the finest establishments throughout America. Today Felecia Bean is a food service powerhouse servicing many industries. Our scope of service ranges from an intimate dinner for two up to daily service for thousands.

I would rather simply say “letter from Felecia”, but my marketing guys wanted this to sound fancy.
