In my case, I am the name behind the company, so I wanted to share my history with you.

how i got my start

Service America Corporation / Fine Host Corporation

Career began in 1983 at the Liberty Bowl Stadium as the Assistant General Manager of the Liberty Bowl Stadium, The Memphis Zoo and The Fairgrounds Buildings Food and Beverage Operations.

Went on to the Indianapolis Hoosier Dome and Convention Center as the Assistant General Manager of the Food and Beverage Operations.

Opened and worked The New Jacob Javitz Convention Center, South Bend Convention Center, Louisville Fair and Expo Center and the Commonwealth Convention Center,

Dayton Convention Center as the Assistant Food and Beverage Director, and The Pittsburgh Convention Center.

Managed a Steak House – Bonanza

Cruise Boat Riverboat President Director of Sales for the Food and Beverage Department; Summer months spent in St. Louis Winter months spent in New Orleans worked a great number of Conventions.

Director of Sales for the Miami Beach Convention Center the Countries Largest Convention destination; Worked w/NATPE – National Association of Television Producers and Executives

Planned Meals for the Stars. General Manager of the Baltimore Convention Center; this was two fold would go to the DC Convention Center to Work with Political Functions for CBC – Congressional Black Caucus planning all events
